We invite you to participate in an Arts and Crafts Show on April 13, 2024 at PIG IN THE PARK.
Space size is 12'x12’ for table sponsors and 24’x24’ for Food Trucks. Electricity is NOT available. Vendors are responsible for secured shelter, tables and chairs.  Setup may begin Saturday at 9 AM.  Vehicles should be off-site by 9:30 AM and vendors set-up by 9:30 AM.

 

All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE rain or shine.  We have limited space and your location will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.  All sales are to be conducted within assigned spaces.  Applications and fees MUST be received by March 29, 2024

• NO PETS, NO CONCEALED WEAPONS, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

• NO INAPPROPRIATE MESSAGES, DESIGNS, GESTURES, PICTURES OR SYMBOLS ON MERCHANDISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALCOHOL, TOBACCO OR DRUG USE (INCLUDING PARAPHERNALIA), GANG ACTIVITY, PROFANITIES, OBSCENITIES OR SEXUAL CONNOTATIONS

• NO PROJECTILE SHOOTING ITEMS

• ONLY APPROVED FOOD/BEVERAGE VENDORS – please call or email for approval before submitting vendor form and fee

 

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN CHANGE.  WE WILL BE UNABLE TO MAKE CHANGE FOR YOU.
