Browse unique creations from arts and crafts vendors, indulge in a variety of food options, and take part in activities that make Pig in the Park a cherished event for all ages. Vendor Opportunities:

 

  • Vendors of All Kinds: Whether you’re an artist, craftsman, small business owner, or community organization, we welcome you to showcase your offerings to a diverse and enthusiastic crowd. Standard booth spaces are 12'x12'. Please note, electricity is not available; vendors are responsible for providing their own secured shelter, tables, and chairs.

 
  • Food Trucks: To maintain the event's culinary focus, we are highly selective with food truck vendors. Our renowned barbecue plates, prepared by top-notch cook teams, are a highlight of the festival, with all proceeds supporting the Boys & Girls Clubs of Wayne County. To complement these offerings, we seek food trucks that provide diverse and high-quality alternatives, enhancing the overall experience for our guests. Interested food truck vendors must contact us directly to discuss availability and receive a separate application. Please note, food truck slots are extremely limited and highly competitive.

  • $50 Fee Per Vendor
  • Event Date: Saturday, April 12, 2025
  • Location: The HUB, 200 S Center Street, Downtown Goldsboro
  • Setup Time: Begins at 9:00 AM; vehicles must be off-site by 9:30 AM
  • Signage: All vendors are required to display clear signage at their booths, even if it's just a small table sign, to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Application/Payment Deadline: Friday, March 28, 2025
  • Fees: Non-refundable, rain or shine

Vendor guidelines:


 

  • Conduct: All sales must be conducted within assigned spaces. We have limited space, and locations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Prohibited Items: To ensure a safe and family-friendly environment, the following are not permitted:
    -Pets
        -Concealed weapons 
        -Alcoholic beverages
        -Merchandise featuring inappropriate messages, designs, or symbols, including but not limited to references to           alcohol, tobacco, drug use, gang activity, profanities, or sexual content
        -Items that launch or shoot projectiles, such as toy guns or slingshots, to ensure the safety of all attendees
        -Cash Handling: Please bring sufficient change, as event staff will be unable to provide change for vendors.

2025 PIG IN THE PARK VENDOR APPLICATION

Disclosure Notice

By submitting this application and payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables and tents (if desired).

  2. Setup begins at 9:00 AM on the day of the event and must be completed by 10:00 AM. Vendors must remain set up until the event concludes at 4:00 PM.

  3. The vendor fee is $50 and is non-refundable, rain or shine. Payment must be completed by March 30, 2025, to confirm your spot. Payment can be made here: https://secure.givelively.org/event/boys-girls-clubs-of-wayne-county/pig-in-the-park-2025

  4. Business logos (if applicable) should be emailed to syrina@bgcwayne.org upon application submission.

  5. All vendors must adhere to event rules and guidelines, including signage requirements and restrictions on prohibited items.
