This year’s Pig in the Park barbecue competition is certified by the NC Pork Council, ensuring top-notch standards and an unforgettable grilling experience. The stakes are high, as the top three teams will earn eligibility to compete at the prestigious North Carolina Barbecue Championship!

1st Place: $500
2nd Place: $300
3rd Place: $200

The excitement kicks off on Friday, April 11, at noon, as the cook teams set up and begin preparing their award-winning recipes at The HUB in Downtown Goldsboro.
