Friday, April 13, 2012 Downtown Goldsboro Events Schedule

7:30 PM - Midnight        Great food and music at Lotus 1899 Bistro, Murphy's,
                                      Redmon's,The Flying Shamrock and Torero's. 

Also, anytime between now and April 13, you can buy a set of pig lips and pin on our downtown piggies to support your favorite candidate for Boss Hog or Miss Piggy! All proceeds will go to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Wayne County and the winner with have to KISS A REAL PIG on Saturday at Waynesborough Park!

Saturday, April 14, 2012 PIG IN THE PARK Festival Schedule

  9:00 AM        Vendor booths open

10:30 AM        Pig Cook-off judging Begins

11:00 AM       "Drumming Up Character" drum line performs

11:30 AM        Gospel band performance

Noon - 2:30 PM        Barbecue plates served (we recommend you buy BBQ tickets prior to event)

Noon - 2:00 PM         The Mighty Saints of Soul perform

2:00 PM - 4:00 PM    Malpass Brothers perform

4:00 PM                     Vendor booths close and event ends
